you may be eligible for a refund or partial refund if requested within 24 hours of the original purchase.

• Customers can cancel orders before they are confirmed by Chutneee.
• Once the restaurant begins preparing the order, cancellation may not be possible.
• Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 2-5 business days.

• If Chutneee is unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
• Customers will be notified of cancellations via the app or their registered contact details.
Refund Policy
• Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, wallet).
• If the payment was made through a third-party wallet (such as Paytm or PhonePe), the refund will be processed via the same wallet.
Delivery Fee Policy
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to an error on Chutneee's part.
